<p><strong>The Role…</strong></p> <p>At Soho House the Event Director is responsible for the strategy, delivery & production of Soho House Primary Events in the UK, Europe and Asia – including but not limited to Soho House Festival, Soho Summit, Soho Food Festival, plus pop ups at music festivals, art fairs and more.
<br>This role will work closely with counterparts in the North America to ensure consistent experiences for Soho House members in all regions, whilst ensuring they are culturally relevant to the Regions.
At times, this role may support on <br>projects in these other regions as and when required by the business.
This role will also manage a small team of event producers & co-ordinators alongside external freelancers/agencies.
</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>*This role is a 12 Month Maternity Cover contract*</strong></em></span></p> <p><strong>Main Duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Event Strategy & Delivery</strong> – responsible for setting the event strategy and overseeing the production & delivery of multiple events happening concurrently across UK, EU & Asia including planning, logistics & development of multiple event formats (pop ups, launches, dinners, summits, parties) ensuring each event is Health & Safety compliant and meets Soho House’s style, food & beverage standards.
</li> <li><strong>Budget Management </strong>– bringing together knowledge of event production, this role is responsible for overseeing the budgets of all events we produce & the decisions that get made to ensure costs are managed efficiently without compromises being made to the overall member experience.
