You’ll guide technical decisions, help navigate trade-offs, and support engineers in delivering high-quality work.
The role spans three key areas of responsibility:Technical leadership — coding, pair programming, peer reviews, and driving software and architecture design.
People management — running 1:1s, supporting career progression, and ensuring a strong feedback loop.
Product collaboration — working closely with product and design to shape scope, prioritise effectively, and align on outcomes.
