About This Role Dutchie is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive the financial operating rhythm of the company.
You’ll partner across Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to build forecasts, evaluate performance, improve planning processes, and deliver insights that influence executive decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure, automating manual work, and using data to tell compelling business stories.
You’ll report to the Senior Director of FP&A while helping establish the next generation of planning capabilities across Dutchie.
What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Forecasting Own portions of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning process.
Analyze monthly results, identify business drivers, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
Partner closely with Accounting.
