</p></div><p>Chainguard is looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services - EMEA to lead delivery for a portion of our Enterprise segment.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end customer journey across implementations, consulting engagements, and advisory services — ensuring customers successfully adopt Chainguard solutions and achieve measurable outcomes.

</p> <p>You'll lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects while driving delivery that is predictable, scalable, and consistently high quality.

This is an operational leadership role that requires equal parts customer empathy, business acumen, and a bias toward execution.

What You'll Do

Delivery & Segment Ownership

• Own end-to-end PS delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for your Enterprise segment
• Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Serve as the escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects
• Set performance expectations, coach to them, and own career development and succession planning
• Partner with PS leadership on hiring and capacity planning
