What you’ll doAs Technical Sourcer at Arago, you will own the search for some of the most sought-after engineers in the world.
We build hardware that has never existed before, and finding the people who can build it requires going far beyond standard recruiting channels.
You will own the full sourcing motion: mapping talent pools, building precise searches, crafting outreach that resonates with passive candidates, and building long-term relationships with high-priority profiles.
Working directly with hiring managers and founders, you will develop a deep understanding of each role and the technical landscape around it, then go find the right people, wherever they are.
