As Music Producer, you own that final mile: you combine every input into one finished record, and you are responsible for holding the quality bar high.

On a typical day, your tasks may include:Combining and finishing: taking instrumentals and vocals, aligning, tuning and editing the vocal, balancing the mix and delivering a release-ready trackMastering: mastering every track to a consistent loudness, tone and format standard for streaming platforms, with clean metadata and stems archivedQuality review: listening to every song before it goes live, accepting it or sending it back with precise notes, and keeping a written standard everyone delivers toProduction organisation: running the pipeline from brief to final master, and knowing at any moment what is where, who owes what and what ships this weekTooling: using stem separation, tuning, mastering and AI audio tools wherever they make the work faster and more consistentWho you areWe're looking for a producer with an engineer's ear, or a mixing and mastering engineer who thinks like a producer.
