We are recruiting professionals currently working as a Senior Projektmanager / Program Manager in Germany to participate in a paid online leadership research study.

The study explores how managers at large organisations approach leadership, decision-making, organisational change, career development, and the growing use of AI in the workplaceYour professional experience will help researchers understand how these developments affect leaders and their teams.

Who we're looking for

You may be eligible if you:

• Currently live and work in Germany
• Currently work as a Senior Projektmanager / Program Manager or in a closely comparable senior role
• Lead significant projects, programmes, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams
• Work for an organisation with at least 1,000 employees
• Are comfortable completing an online survey in English
