We are looking for a Director Costing & Consulting EMEA (m/f/d) to lead our regional Costing organization and build consulting as a strategic growth capability.
Based in Munich, you will hold executive accountability for the EMEA client-project portfolio from acquisition through post-delivery, including quality, delivery predictability, capacity and P&L.
You will lead team leaders, customer program managers and cost engineers, advise senior clients and work closely with Sales and global functions to turn market needs into scalable, differentiated offerings.
