We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Trainee (f/m/d) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term trainee program.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational functions, including manufacturing, production, logistics, and supply chain.
You will rotate across different departments (three months each department), contributing to real projects while building a strong foundation in operational excellence.
