Across complex multi-site programs, you bring together business functions, IT, Quality, sites, vendors, and system integrators, providing clear direction to project teams throughout demanding and critical phases.
Functional projects and workstreams covering process optimization and harmonization, solution design, system integration, data flows, and data migration are managed with confidence, while validation activities can also be supported conceptually at both program and project level.
With a comprehensive understanding of the relevant functional and technical concepts, you identify dependencies early and work closely with experts to develop and evaluate robust solutions.
Particularly during rollout, readiness, and go-live phases, you drive decisions and follow them through, ensure successful delivery, manage escalations, and represent the program confidently towards management, steering committees, and other relevant stakeholders.
Your profileConsulting experience in leading complex international programs and projects within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry forms the foundation of your expertise.
Strong knowledge of MES and Manufacturing IT is complemented by hands-on experience in the implementation, integration, and multi-site rollout of corresponding solutions.
Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and their interfaces with Quality, Automation/OT, ERP/SAP, and other relevant systems are areas in which you are highly confident.
