Beyond grocery retail and drugstores, we're now expanding our specialty channels: pharmacies, travel retail, concept stores and online retailers.

We're looking for a Key Account Manager France who develops these channels strategically, builds new partnerships and scales existing accounts – with a clear focus on revenue growth, brand presence and operational excellence.

This is where we need your support: Channel Development: You build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies, travel retail, online retail and concept stores.

Account Management: You manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.

Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan promotional activities, secondary placements and point-of-sale materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution.

Market & Competitive Analysis: You spot trends, identify new distribution opportunities and develop strategies tailored to the French market.

Trade Shows & Partner Events: You represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and customer meetings across France.

You have the following experience: Several years of experience in key account management, ideally with a focus on pharmacies, travel retail or online retail A background in FMCG, beauty or health A structured, self-driven way of working with a strong commercial mindset Fluent French and Englis.
