This executive will serve as the enterprise owner of SAP Finance, which is Claritev’s primary enterprise platform, with responsibility for its strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous modernization.
They will also lead the implementation and long-term optimization of HCM, including the implementation and optimization of enterprise HCM systems.
Direct experience with Oracle HCM is beneficial, but strong experience implementing any modern HCM platform (such as Workday or SuccessFactors) is equally valuable.
This leader will guide Claritev’s shift toward modern, cloud ready enterprise systems, driving automation, AI, analytics, and process simplification.
They will partner closely with Finance and HR leaders to ensure Claritev’s systems are intuitive, secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.
