Diabolocom is looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate engineering delivery across our organization and work closely with the Head of Software Engineering on roadmap execution.
You will work across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to keep delivery on track, manage dependencies, identify risks early, and help turn delivery challenges into clear actions and decisions.
We are looking for someone with a software engineering background who has moved into technical leadership and genuinely enjoys the operational side of engineering.
The role Our engineering organization includes around 90 engineers across 12 teams, working on a complex global product and multiple parallel initiatives.
This role combines ownership of our engineering delivery processes with hands-on execution.
You will be responsible not only for running these processes, but also for continuously improving how we plan, coordinate and track delivery across the organization.
Process ownership You will own and continuously improve: engineering delivery planning processes delivery tracking and reporting cross-team coordination and dependency management.
You will build on our existing practices and ClickUp workflows, identifying what can work better and evolving the processes as the organization and product develop.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to facilitate alignment.
The objective is simple: make software delivery predictable, transparent and effective.
