The role:We're after someone ready to lead people.
You'll take on a team of Account Executives focused on growing revenue across our existing customer base, hunting for expansion into new teams and business units within accounts we already serve, taking on new accounts within the base and growing them, and driving renewals.
The focus is growing and protecting the revenue we already have, not new-logo acquisition.
You'll get support and a proven playbook while you build the day-to-day craft of leading a team: running a rhythm, coaching a rep through a stuck deal, and holding people to a number.
What you'll be doing:Lead & Coach: Onboard and develop your team of Account Executives.
Get hands-on in discovery, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
Drive Performance: Own team quota, pipeline coverage, and activity.
Hold the team to clear expectations and a consistent rhythm.
Operational Excellence: Own pipeline and forecasting accuracy for your patch.
Use the data to see where reps are stuck and where the best expansion opportunities are.
Process Discipline: Help the team use our core methodologies (MEDDPICC and SPICE) day-to-day, not just in theory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Business Development, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to move deals forward and grow value in existing accounts.
