What you'll do: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of market launch programs across multiple geographies simultaneously Define and manage project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers - and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep launches on track Serve as the central point of coordination between Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams Build and maintain scalable launch frameworks, playbooks, and templates that improve how SumUp enters new markets Track program performance metrics and share insights with senior leadership to support data-driven decisions Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and feeding them back into the launch process You'll be great for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a global, fast-scaling tech or fintech environment Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different time zones Strong organisational and communication.
