You work closely with several cross-functional teams and support their personal and professional development.
You ensure that our engineering activities are aligned with Xempus’s company vision and strategic product goals.
You own technical initiatives from initial concept through to production, including technical planning, architecture, quality assurance, and ongoing development.
Together with the Product Owners, you prioritise technical topics in the product backlog and create transparency around dependencies, risks, and necessary investments.
You make well-informed technical decisions, review proposed solutions, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, best practices, and quality.
