Supply Chain Lead

<p>As Supply Chain Lead, you will own, drive, and lead the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational execution, people leadership, and strategic development of a resilient, scalable, and efficient supply chain.

• Own the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products, including supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment
• Lead, develop, and grow the supply chain team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and ways of working
• Drive day-to-day execution and supply availability, ensuring materials, production

• Act as the primary point of escalation for supply disruptions, shortages, production constraints, and other supply chain risks, driving hands-on resolution
• Partner with Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve delivery performance, lead times, reliability, capacity, quality, and resilience
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, data, and ways of working, including ERP and NetSuite
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, using data to identify issues, drive corrective action, and provide clear recommendations to leadership
• Develop scalable processes and operating models, including SOPs, planning processes, and best practices to support business growth
