We are looking for a skilled Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team.
The role is based in France, with a French employment contract and local employment conditions.
Main TasksParticipate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit.
Degree in Electronics Engineering.
Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordi.
