As physical AI and humanoid robotics move from research into industrial deployment, our project landscape is expanding: today's programs span classic mobile robot fleets, next-generation humanoid platforms, and the simulation environments used to develop and validate both.
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead this kind of work end to end - technically credible enough to sit with R&D and hardware/software engineering, and organized enough to keep shareholders, partners, and customers aligned as programs move from concept to production.

: What you will doProject & Program DeliveryManage complex engineering projects across the full lifecycle — from scoping and planning through execution, integration, testing, and handover — spanning both software and hardware workstreams.Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and resourcing; monitor schedule, cost, quality, and contractual compliance throughout.Identify technical, schedule, and commercial risks early, and drive mitigation and contingency planning across multi-disciplinary teams.Plan and coordinate integration and validation phases (e.g., factory and site acceptance testing) across hardware, software, and systems components.Cross-Functional & Technical CoordinationAct as the connective layer between product management, partner management, solution engineering, software development, hardware development, R&D, innovation management, and operations — ensuring each function's inputs and dependencies are captured and sequenced correctly.Work closely with eng...
