Your ResponsibilitiesAs Team Lead AI Process Automation (m/f/d), you will drive AI-powered transformation across DocuWare by leading automation initiatives, enabling teams to adopt AI technologies, and ensuring measurable business impact through innovative solutions.

You will:Lead, mentor, and support the AI Process Automation team to drive success.

Oversee the development, integration, and deployment of AI tools and solutions to optimize internal operations.

Drive the adoption of automation technologies across departments and promote digital transformation.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

• Ensure all automation initiatives align with business strategy and organizational objectives.

Monitor project performance and report key metrics, outcomes, and business impact to leadership.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Set, track, and review team and individual performance targets and KPIs.

Measure and communicate automation.
