In this role, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
You will support hiring activities across different teams and locations, help us deliver a great candidate experience, and contribute to the data, systems, and processes that keep our recruitment function running smoothly.
What you will do Support our Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, from publishing vacancies and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and candidate communication.
Help identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews across different teams and locations, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have the information they need throughout the process.
Contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvements to our Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience.
