The roleWe are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to own and improve the systems, processes and operational foundations behind our People function, across all of our markets.

You will own the core People Operations scope: payroll, HRIS, contracts, compliance,.

But this is not simply a role about running existing processes - your job is to make them better.

You will build the people workflows, automation, documentation and self-service mechanisms that allow Photoroom to keep moving quickly as we grow, without creating unnecessary complexity.

This scope has so far sat within a small generalist People team.

You will be the first person to own it as a dedicated senior scope, giving you the opportunity to shape this operating model.

We are also an AI-native company, and we want our People function to operate the same way.

We expect you to actively use automation and AI to improve speed, reliability and employee experience, while maintaining a high bar for privacy, compliance and trust.

You will report to our VP People.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports today.
