The Role We’re looking for a Director of AI Solutions to join our AI team at Wpromote, reporting into the Head of AI Strategy & Innovation.
You'll be responsible for AI solutions that automate real workflows, sharpen decision-making, and extend Polaris IQ's intelligence layer.
This is a forward-deployed, client-facing role.
This position requires deep hands-on experience building with AI and a strategic mindset that understands product design / UX and technical feasibility.
You'll partner closely with Client Strategy, Product Management, Data Engineering, and clients to shape the future of AI at Wpromote and our Clients.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $135,000 - $165,000 based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
