You will play a key role in launching world-class equity programs developed for precision and ease of execution.

This position will work remote, based in the US, with some travel 2-3 times a year for equity related events and offsites.
 You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Own the ongoing administration of global equity plans, including equity events like RSU releases, stock options exercises and pre-clearance Develop processes and training for Tier 1 employee inquiries to support HR operations and employee service teams; Own equity employee Tier 2 inquiries and escalations, optimizing for the best customer service Collaborate with the Equity Operations Manager to support and own changes to existing and implementation of future equity programs Support monthly/quarterly equity reporting Maintain data integrity in the equity platform and integrated systems Work with HR to ensure accurate employee personal and job related data is maintained Work with Payroll to ensure alignment on tax positions and data integrity We’re excited about you because… You are a dedicated stock operations professional with 3+ years of ex.
