We work hands-on with enterprise organisations to demonstrate what's possible with Claude, run focused proof-of-value workshops, and guide multi-week engagements that fundamentally change how teams build software and run their businesses.
You are the single accountable lead, from scoping through closure and expansion.
This is not a traditional project management or post-sales handoff role—you will be a strategic partner who drives measurable AI transformation outcomes alongside our Applied AI Architects, serving as the single point of contact for customer sponsors and executives.
You will manage concurrent engagements across our offering portfolio, ensuring every engagement delivers demonstrable value, drives lasting adoption of Claude within the customer's organisation, and builds the delivery practices that scale forgd's impact.
You will lead scoping and SOW authoring with GTM, coordinate teams of 1–5 Applied AI Architects during delivery, and build the templates, methodologies, and operational infrastructure that define how forgd delivers.
