As a Senior AFC Analyst, you’ll take ownership of some of our most complex, highest-risk and highest-spending accounts, using both Anti-Financial Crime and Safer Gambling insights to make decisions that genuinely shape how we protect our customers and the business.
You’ll be a trusted senior voice across the AFC team, setting the standard for quality and bringing clarity to critical escalations.
You’ll also be at the forefront of an exciting new enhanced customer service initiative, working closely with teams across the business to deliver sharp, proportionate decisions at pace.

You will:Conduct complex customer risk assessments, including CDD and EDD reviews.
Review bank statements and assess Source of Funds and Source of Wealth evidence.
Evaluate Key Accounts across both AFC and Safer Gambling risk indicators.
Make and document clear, proportionate decisions on high-risk customers.
Handle escalations and support Analysts with complex queries.
