Each squad owns a product area end to end, with a product manager, a group of engineers, and the subject matter experts the work requires.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the Dictation squad: a product that clinicians touch many times a day, that is critical to their day to day efficiency, and strategically pairs with Nabla's ambient product to cover all user settings.
This role sits at the intersection of ML, user experience, and customer success.
You will work day to day with ML, backend, and frontend engineers on a product where model performance is only half the story.
The other half is the interface, the latency, the recovery path when something goes wrong, and the dozens of small frictions that decide whether a clinician keeps using the product or quietly walks away.
You will also be the one who pulls the right insight out of user feedback and supports.
