• Responsible for providing direct legal support to mortgage/HELOC products and business units as Senior Counsel member of Legal Compliance team.

Works with outside Counsel and in-house legal and paralegal team members.

Provides advice on legal issues and supports all sectors of the business with regards to mortgage, consumer credit and related products and services.

Provide advice and support legal, regulatory, and product issues related to debt collection, privacy, consumer credit compliance, lending and solar financing.

• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Company policies and procedures.
