Why This Role ExistsOur website is the entry point into the whole recruiting system.
It needs to convert visitors into booked meetings, rank for high-intent searches and be visible across AI-driven discovery platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
The Brandbook, content and layouts are ready.
The build layer is Figma into Lovable.
The visibility layer is SEO and GEO.
What is missing is the person who connects those pieces and makes it work as a system.
This is a working student role where a sharp person with the right tools and a system mindset will outperform someone with years of experience using the wrong approach.
