We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Platform Engineer who enjoys architecture, infrastructure, and running real systems in production end-to-end.
This is a hands-on startup role, not a narrow DevOps position.
You’ll build backend features, improve our infrastructure, and own what you ship from design to production.
Tasks What you’ll do Build backend services and APIs for campaigns, creator matching, marketplace operations, and payments.
Design clear domain models, database schemas, and service boundaries.
Build reliable background jobs that handle concurrency, retries, and failures correctly.
Contribute to our Web, Android, and iOS frontend when features require end-to-end ownership.
Improve deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, backups, and recovery.
Debug issues across application code, databases, infrastructure, and third-party APIs.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions while continuing to ship quickly.
Use AI coding agents as a core part of your daily development workflow.
Excellent knowledge of SQL, relational databases, transactions, locking, and data modelling.
Experience with Docker, Linux, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
A good understanding of queues, scheduled jobs, APIs, networking, security, and observability.
Confidence reasoning.
Strong debugging.
Startup experience or a strong bias toward ownership and execution.
Good product judgment and an instinct for avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Experience using AI coding agents to plan, implement, test, review, and document software.
The ability to critically review, iterate on, and improve AI-generated code until it is high-quality and production-ready.
