You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.

What You'll BuildAs a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer, you'll help shape and scale Base360.

ai across the entire short-term rental lifecycle.

You'll build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate.

Your work will connect what users see with the systems behind it—from a guest’s check-in experience to the workflows coordinating reservations, cleaning, payments, and owner reporting.

Your MissionUnderstand Customer ProblemsWork directly with property managers and internal teams to understand their workflows, identify friction, and decide which problems are worth solving.

Build Products End-to-EndTake features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment.
