Field Service Engineer (ESS / PV) - France (South)

Your missionBonjour et bienvenue à Sungrow! We’re seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our vibrant team in the south part of France.

In this role, you will become the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling technical inquiries and resolving issues efficiently while ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge solar energy products.

Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: You possess a degree in electrical engineering or have a strong electrician background, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise. Demonstrate fluency in both English and French (C1 level), enabling clear and effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are prepared for on-call duties, showcasing your commitment to timely support and problem resolution. A valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across France are essential for successful on-site interventions. Previous experience with battery storage solutions is a plus, enhancing your ability to service our diverse product portfolio. While not mandatory,

Habilidades
