What We’re Looking For As Datavant scales, Jira and the broader Atlassian ecosystem increasingly underpin how teams coordinate work, manage services, connect systems, and provide visibility across the organization.
As our Atlassian Platform Architect, you will own the technical direction, architecture, health, and evolution of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and the broader Atlassian ecosystem.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining enterprise architecture with deep technical delivery.
You will define the target architecture, roadmap, governance, data and integration standards, while personally designing and implementing complex automations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and service management solutions.
You will lead platform remediation and transformation, reduce technical debt, and ensure the environment remains secure, resilient, scalable, and maintainable.
You will also serve as the senior technical partner to our Jira administration team, setting the standards they work to and taking ownership of changes requiring deeper architecture or engineering expertise.
