We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together! Your Role: The Associate Services Architect is a content-focused role responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical content for the Professional Services Portfolio.
This role blends technical aptitude with content development and communication.
This position is specifically scoped around portfolio maintenance: keeping existing courses, labs, and collateral current as products evolve, and absorbing update-tier and Tier-1 support work so that Senior Services Architects can focus their time on strategic development and net-new offerings.
The role receives structured intake and mentoring support from their manager and works closely with the broader Services Architecture team.
