</p> <p>We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own product-led customer journeys across Cato’s target markets, with a particular focus on SMB while also improving how larger enterprise customers discover, evaluate, activate, adopt, and expand Cato.
</p> <p>For SMB customers, this may include highly self-service journeys from signup and onboarding through value realization, purchase, and expansion.
For larger enterprises, PLG will complement the sales-led motion by helping customers experience value sooner, adopt more effectively, identify expansion opportunities, and create stronger product-qualified demand.
