This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients.

the role

The Data Centre Technician will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of our Glasgow data centre operations

In this role, you will execute physical hardware and network diagnostics, perform physical repairs, and perform root cause analysis on equipment failures to maintain consistent service availability.

Responsabilidades

include developing documentation or scripts to update server and networking hardware, as well as training internal teams

As part of this 100% on-site role, you will participate in a rotating on-call shift requiring response times within 60 minutes for equipment failur.
