</p> <p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the People service desk queue day-to-day: triaging, responding to, and resolving employee queries, and keeping response times and queue health on track.
</li> <li>Continuously improve our Jira Service Desk itself - refining triage, workflows, and automations - and feed recurring ticket themes back into our People Bot's knowledge base, so the answers people get before they ever need a human just keep getting better.
</li> <li>Be the main point of contact for new joiners between offer and day one, partnering with Talent Acquisition to make pre-boa.
