You'll own the weekly and monthly reporting cadence and turn it into a clear story about how the business is performing.
Just as importantly, you'll partner directly with our Commercial, Marketing & Operational teams — building the business cases behind new initiatives, testing whether the numbers stack up, and helping decide where we invest.
This is a role for someone who wants to be close to commercial decisions rather than one step removed from them.
The Team You'll report to our Senior FP&A Manager and work closely with the Director of Finance and CFO.
It's a lean team, which means opportunities for exposure to our Executive Leadership Team.
What you'll do: Producing and continuously improving weekly flash reports, monthly trading packs and KPI reporting.
Translating financial and operational data into concise narratives that highlight trends, risks and opportunities for leadership, board and investors.
Building the analysis that improves how we understand revenue, customer behaviour, retention and profitability.
Partnering directly with Marketi.
