<p>ANINE BING is seeking an <strong>RTW Freelance Fashion Designer</strong> for a mission-based engagement supporting ready-to-wear collection development, in coordination with our Paris-based design team.
</p> <p>This mission covers design contribution across our RTW offer, with a <strong>priority focus on flou and tailoring</strong>, for designers who bring a versatile, hands-on skillset and <strong>a minimum of 3 years of professional experience</strong> in a fashion design studio.
</p> <p><strong>Mission Scope:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to design and development across RTW categories, with a <strong>priority focus on flou and tailoring</strong> (jersey exposure a plus), aligned with agreed collection deliverables.
</li> <li>Produce technical drawings and design packs on Illustrator, delivered per the agreed milestones.
</li> <li>Contribute to silhouette refinement based on fitting feedback, incorporating revisions into technical drawings.
</li> <li>Contribute to color, fabric and trim research to support collection deliverables.
</li> <li>Ensure deliverables reflect brand design intent, for handoff to Product Development and Production.
</li> </ul> <p><strong>Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Minimum 3 years of professional experience</strong> in a fashion design studio, ideally within a contemporary or premium ready-to-wear brand.
</li> <li>Strong design skillset in <strong>flou and tailoring</strong>; jersey experience a plus.
</li> <li><strong>Expert-level command of Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory</strong>, with solid technical drawing and garment construction knowledge.
</li> <li>Autonomous and able to manage deliverables independently against a defined scope and timeline.
</li> <li>Fluent English required; French professional proficiency preferred.
