💡 Your Mission: Own the training experience for users in FranceAs our Founding Customer Training Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the training program for our expansion into France.
You'll inherit a proven methodology from the German market and adapt it for French healthcare facilities.
You will motivate and engage groups of 10-15 caregivers, empowering them to embrace the technology and improve their documentation workflow.
🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alikeLead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments, training groups of healthcare providers in French-speaking regions.
Refine training materials and playbooks for the French market and for individual customers as needed.
Travel to customer sites (estimated 2-3 weeks per month, depending on deployment schedule) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities across France.
Measure and report on training effectiveness, using adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve our approach.
