Tasks As our AI & Venture Development Tech Intern, you will work directly with our founder and tech lead.
Your mandate is straightforward: find manual processes across the company and replace them with smarter, more scalable solutions.
That could mean automating repetitive tasks in sales, improving how we handle customer onboarding, accelerating how our team works with AI tools, or building entirely new workflows from scratch wherever time is currently being wasted.
Automation & AI Build process automations: You identify repetitive manual workflows across teams and build automations that replace or dramatically simplify those steps, using tools like Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, and Google Workspace where it makes sense.
Deploy AI tools strategically: You figure out how modern AI tools can be embedded into existing workflows so they create genuine value rather than becoming yet another unused tool.
Establish repeatable workflows: You make sure that good processes do not depend on individual people by setting up structured, automated pipelines that run without manual nudging.
Projects & Ownership Own projects end to end: You take ideas from concept to implementation and are accountable for the outcome, not just a single step in the process.
Prioritize pragmatically: You recognize when a quick solution will deliver more value than a weeks-long project and allocate your time accord.
