YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇Leverage our diverse datasets to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction & optimise shipping performanceSupport decision making by conducting focused analyses on customer experience initiatives and learning how operational decisions impact business performanceAssist with data requests and reporting for our stakeholders, helping track key metrics (Contact Rate, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction) and prepare performance reportsMaintain monitoring tools by updating Tableau dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy for the team.
