As a Talent Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting high-volume hiring and delivering a great candidate experience across busy recruitment processes.

Responsabilidades

:Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experienceCoordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews, managing calendars and meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zonesMaintain accurate ATS data and support recruitment reporting and metricsChase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track within agreed timelinesSupport recruiters with high-volume booking activity, ensuring priorities are managed effectively during busy periodsAssist with ad-hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and other operational tasks as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate experience, or a similar high-volume environmentHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of activityComfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities and deadlinesConfident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitudeStrong calendar management and scheduling skillsComfortable working with Greenhouse ATS platform and scheduling toolsYou thrive in a high-volume environment where organisation, responsiveness, and follow-through are essential💬 Let’s Talk!This is a fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend
