What you’ll be doing.
We are seeking an experienced Financial Lead in processes and control to help modernise and scale a global finance function operating across a complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Reporting to the VP Finance, you will lead initiatives that improve the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of Finance through process redesign, technology enablement, data governance and operational excellence.
This role sits at the intersection of finance operations, systems, data and business performance.
You will be responsible for transforming core finance processes, improving controls, implementing enabling technologies and ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable business value.
Unlike a traditional programme management role, success will not be measured solely by project delivery.
You will be expected to challenge assumptions, validate outcomes and ensure that process and system changes translate into tangible improvements in close efficiency, reporting quality, control effectiveness and decision-making.
You will play a key role in consolidating information from a diverse systems landscape, improving data quality and governance, and helping establish a single source of truth for financial and operational reporting.
