As a Working Student or Intern (m/f/d) in the field of Land Systems / UGV Industrialization, you will support our team in Göppingen in establishing serial production for unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs).
You will work closely with the Industrialization team and our external consulting partners, taking responsibility for clearly defined work packages in documentation, data management, and production planning preparation.
You will collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics, gaining first-hand experience of a real production ramp-up from the very beginning and seeing how a prototype-based setup evolves into a scalable and repeatable serial production process.
What is your Day to Day Mission:Support the shopfloor planning activities at our Göppingen site by documenting current-state processes and contributing to layout planning, material flow design, and production cycle data (e.
, cycle times, workstation utilization, and walking distances).
Create and maintain illustrated work instructions for production processes.
Collect, prepare, and analyze process-related data using Excel.
Prepare and follow up on workshops and alignment meetings with external consulting partners, including meeting minutes, task tracking, and status reporting.
What you bring to the team:You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field of study.
You are proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with CAD or layout planning tools is a plus.
First practical experience in manufacturing, workshop environments, or through academic projects is welcome, but not required.
