Software Provisioning Technician (m/f/d) - UGV

As a Software Provisioning Technician UGV (m/f/d), you will be part of our production team for unmanned ground systems at our Göppingen site and will be responsible for the software deployment, configuration, and release of Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms.

You will ensure that every vehicle is delivered with the correct, approved software configuration, playing a key role in transforming our LAND production from prototype-based manufacturing into a robust, repeatable, and scalable serial production environment.

You will work hands-on with the vehicles while collaborating closely with Software/Firmware Engineering, Quality, Testing, and Production teams.

In this role, you will follow approved work instructions, ensure full traceability of all activities, and actively contribute shop floor feedback to the continuous improvement of provisioning processes.

What is your Day to Day Mission:Install, configure, and flash firmware and software onto control units, onboard computers, and subsystems of Mandrill UGVs in accordance with approved work instructions.

• Perform software and configuration verification as part of end-of-line and system testing procedures.
• Manage and document software versions, configuration baselines, and release statuses while ensuring complete traceability in Operations1.

Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting for software and configuration issues, escalating deviations through the defined quality and deviation management process.

• Support the introduction of new software releases, configuration variants, and provisioning tools in close collaboration with Engineering.
• Actively contribute to validation builds and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) ramp-up activities related to software provisioning processes.

Provide shop floor feedback to improve provisioning workflows, tooling, and automation.

Work closely with Software/Firmware Engineering, Quality, Testing, and Production teams to ensure smooth handovers and rapid issue resolution.
