Role PurposeAs Regional Operator Education Specialist you are responsible for the quality and delivery of onboarding for clinical operators across your region, ensuring training maintains a consistently high standard.
You support and quality-assure the work carried out by Clinic Trainers, and act as the escalation point for clinical training matters, so that methods, delivery, and assessments stay aligned with global standards.
You also contribute to the maintenance of training programs and content, adapting them for local market needs based on central guidelines and frameworks.
This is a competency-based training and safety function.
