As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market.
Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail.
You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences.
You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad.
