<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p> <p>As we increase our launch cadence and expand our launch operations across multiple sites, we are looking for an <strong>Senior Program Manager Launch Services</strong> in our Mission and Launch Operations team in Germany to drive integrated launch planning and scheduling across the organization.
</p> <p>In this role, you will become the central coordination point for launch planning between mission management, launch operations, development and production.
Your mission is to ensure that customer commitments, launch site availability, operational capacity, hardware readiness, and development roadmaps are translated into a coherent and executable launch schedule.
</p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <p>Launch Planning & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Own and maintain the integrated launch schedule across missions, campaigns, and launch sites</li> <li>Coordinate launch site bookings, flight allocations, and key hardware delivery milestones</li> <li>Ensure alignment of launch plans with customer commitments and operational readiness</li> <li>Identify capability, resource constraints and bottlenecks before they impact mission execution</li> <li>Drive resolution of schedule conflicts, critical path issues, and execution risks</li> </ul> <p>Forecasting</p> <ul> <li>Develop launch forecasts and capacity planning to support operational and commercial objectives</li> </ul> <p>Performance & Cost Management</p> <ul> <li>Track and report KPIs, mission performance metrics, and launch campaign costs</li> <li>Support budget planning through cost monitoring and forecasting</li> </ul> <p>Executive Reporting & Strategic Alignment</p> <ul> <li>Provide consolidated schedule, capacity, risk, and performance reporting to senior leadership</li> <li>Maintain a single source of truth for the launch schedule and launch capacities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification Checklist </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s / Master’s d.
