As Staff Product Manager for Pricing, you will own the strategy and roadmap for how Xometry prices and evaluates manufacturability across the EMEA region — a technical, cross-functional, high-ownership role at the intersection of pricing strategy, manufacturing domain expertise, and applied AI.
</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Contribute:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Vision & strategy: Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for pricing and manufacturability in Europe, translating regional market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer behavior into a pricing strategy that accelerates sales growth without sacrificing margin discipline.
</li> <li>Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench: Lead the systems and models that determine how Xometry prices custom parts across European markets — identifying where pricing is too slow, too rigid, or too disconnected from true manufacturability cost, and closing those gaps.
</li> <li>Extend Xometry's global AI capabilities into Europe: Partner with global product, data science, and ML engineering teams to adapt and scale Xometry's AI-driven pricing and manufacturability solutions for the European region — geometry-based cost estimation, manufacturability scoring, and pricing optimization models — rather than building parallel, region-specific tooling.
